TCS Infosys Wipro HCL: The top three IT companies in India are moving forward in hiring employees. It is expected to hire over one lakh freshers in the current financial year. TCS, Infosys and Wipro have increased their hiring activity as demand for IT services has increased.
TCS hired 20,000 people in the June quarter this year. Infosys hired 8,300 and Wipro hired 12,000. TCS employed 40,000 freshers in the June quarter last year. TCS has revealed that it will hire 40,000 or more freshers in the current financial year as well.
Infosys has also announced that it will hire 35,000 people globally in the current financial year. Wipro announced that it had hired 10,000 seniors and 2,000 freshers in the June quarter. The company plans to hire another 6,000 people in the September quarter. It is looking to deliver offer letters to a total of 30,000 people by 2022–23.
