         I am directed to refer to your letter No. NUR Gr-C/HSG-I&II/RR/2021 dated 03.06.2021 on the above mentioned subject and to say that a proposal for onetime relaxation in qualifying service for promotion to HSG-II and HSG-I has already been sent to Department of Personnel & Training for concurrence. Outcome will be intimated in due course.
