Sub: Calling for application of volunteers from Postal/ Sorting Assistant cadre to work in PTC, Darbhanga as Office Assistant and PO/RMS qualified Accountant as Junior Accountant.  

Three posts of Office Assistants and one post of Junior Accountant are vacant in PTC Darbhanga. The CPMG, Bihar Circle vide letter No.Estt/Ptc/2021 dtd.03.08.2021 accorded permission to fill up these vacant posts by calling of willingness from Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant /Qualified PO/RMS Accountant from Bihar/ feeder Circle.

 Accordingly, applications are invited from volunteers amongst Postal/ Sorting Assistant/ Qualified PO/RMS Accountant to work as Office Assistant/ Junior Accountant in PTC, Darbhanga on deputation basis. 

 The computer knowing officials and having more than five years of service with good record of services in administrative office will be preferred for the post of Office Assistant. Service period can be relaxed, if needed. Similarly, only PO/RMS qualified Accountant having good record of service will be eligible for the post of Junior Accountant.
